Port of Antwerp & Port of Zeebrugge Roadshow UK

'Stronger together across the Channel' - Port of Antwerp & Port of Zeebrugge visit their neighbours in the UK

Together, the ports of Antwerp and Zeebrugge generate well over 32 million tons of traffic with the UK every year. Earlier this year, the Cities of Antwerp and Bruges reached an agreement to merge their respective ports. This two-city agreement marked the start of a unification process which is expected to finalize beginning of 2022. Once completed, the ports will operate under the name of ‘Port of Antwerp-Bruges’.

Port of Antwerp-Bruges aspires to become the world’s first port to reconcile economy, people and climate. As such, we are confident that we will become an even more important gateway for the UK to/from the European continent and the rest of the world. The unified port will be even more resilient to the challenges of the future and will take a lead in the transition towards a low-carbon economy.

The Port of Antwerp, the Port of Zeebrugge and their respective cities sincerely thank you for your presence at their Roadshow UK. Whether we met you in Edinburgh, Hull, Liverpool or London, we have experienced huge enthusiasm and an enormous willingness to look forward and to discuss your optimal & sustainable supply chain solution.
